Our measures to keep you healthy
From Monday, 11 May, Impermo opens its doors again. Are you planning on stopping by to pick out your new floor? Or have you already placed an order and would you like to pick it up in one of our pick-up points?
In order to prevent the spread of the coronavirus, we kindly ask you to take into account a number of measures. That way, everyone can turn their house into a home, in all safety.
Here's how we keep our showrooms safe:
Respect a distance of 1.5 meters
Always keep at least 1.5 meters away from our employees and other customers.
Wait at the entrance
We limit the number of customers in the store. If necessary, you will be asked to wait at the entrance.
Wear a mask
Protect others and wear a mask. Didn't you bring one? Ask an employee.
Disinfect your hands
We've put disinfectant at the entrance of the showroom. Please disinfect your hands here before entering.
Wait in line
Wait in line at our info stands and respect the lines on the floor to wait at a safe distance from each other.
Pay cashless
Only pay by card to avoid contact with our employees. Every payment terminal in the store is disinfected several times during the day.
