Here's what that means for the both of us.
- Impermo NV, with registered office in Sint-Truiden, Tiensesteenweg 127, 3800 Sint-Truiden, VAT BE0408286856, Trade Register Hasselt (hereinafter referred to as “Impermo NV”) may use your photo for various online and offline marketing and commercial purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, newsletters, social media campaigns (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), catalogues and brochures.
- Impermo NV obtains a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, commercial right to use your photos through our services or services of our partners, to edit them and multiply them for commercial purposes, without any obligation to you.
- Impermo NV gets your permission to use your photo in derivative works. You are not entitled to view or approve these works and you waive any rights to royalties related to your photo and the derivative works.
- Impermo NV is released from any financial obligation to pay for the use of your photo, both by ourselves and by our partners. Any other people who are visible in the photo also release Impermo NV from any financial obligation.
- You are a person of at least 18 years of age, or you have parental consent to share this photo with Impermo NV.
- You confirm to Impermo NV that you are the creator of the photo and that you have permission from any persons who are visible on the photo. If these persons are minors, you have received parental consent.
- You declare that the use of this photo by Impermo NV does not harm a third party and does not violate any law.
- Do you want to withdraw the permission for the use of your photo by Impermo NV? Send an email to Klantendienst@impermo.be. After this, Impermo NV will confirm in writing that this photo will no longer be used in the future.
